We manufacture bolts in various shapes up to dimensions ø900×2000 [mm]. The bolts are manufactured according to technical documentation or a sample. All bolts are made of the highest quality materials according to a basic standard and in the best quality. The bolts can also be heat treated or chemically processed (hardening, nickel plating, cementation, zinc plating, hard chrome plating, etc.) according to the customer’s requirements.

FLANGES

MANUFACTURE AND RESTORATION OF CYLINDERS

At RAJH PLUS d.o.o. we offer complete cylinder manufacturing, from design, development, selection of the appropriate cylinder core material (steel, aluminium, inox…) and coating (polyurethane, rubber, silicone…) for the desired application, to production. The cylinder coating is determined according to the function of the cylinder or the required properties given by the customer. All our products are made according to the latest guidelines and in accordance with the customer’s requirements.

As a manufacturer of products in the field of drive technology for decades, we offer the complete production of gears and pinions in various shapes and dimensions according to technical documentation or samples. Gears and pinions can also be heat treated or chemically processed (hardening, nickel plating, cementation, zinc plating, hard chrome plating, etc.) depending on customer requirements.

WELLS

With our modern CNC lathes, we are able to machine your workpieces quickly and to a high standard. We have experience in machining most materials used in the metal industry. We guarantee customer satisfaction through the high quality of our products. We produce a variety of shafts with different grooves and special threads. We manufacture shafts up to dimensions ø900×2000 [mm].

WELDING PARTS

We design and manufacture a wide range of welded parts weighing up to xxxx. Our customers are well-known Slovenian and foreign companies. The welded parts are assembled in modern facilities by experienced locksmiths, welded by certified welders and inspected by qualified inspectors. The surface protection is done by sandblasting and painting according to the client’s requirements. After welding, the welded parts can also be heat treated and machined on CNC machines.
